I was once making out with this chick in my bed in college. Things started to get a little steamy so I put my hand down her pants. Shortly after she played copy cat and put her hand down mine. I kid you not 4 tugs and 2.5 seconds later I came. Now that is a world record.
In college we used to put on a 20lb weight vest a couple times a year and run intervals. I'm 5'8" and I weigh 165lbs. I've run 48 for 400m. With that weight vest on I would run a 53 for intervals. That's a 53 second 400m at 5'8" 185lbs. Using your height/weight converter, if I were 6'0" I would weigh around 230lbs and I think we can all agree that is a conservative estimate

Um you absolutely did NOT squat 500lb. That was a guided squat (cheating) and you didn't even go to depth (cheating). Thats like running a 400m in 53.78 cutting the corner and finishing with 20m to go.

Correct. That's not close to being a squat. It's a Smith machine and he's bouncing off the bumpers at above parallel.
I coached an 18 year old that was 5'10 and 205 lbs. He ran 51.8 and 1:58.3.

He still came up for 4th behind Michael Johnson's 43.66, Butch Reynolds (80 kg), and Samson Kitur. Most of the guys weighed between 74 and 78 kg's, which is ideal for the 400m. 6'3" and 75 kg or so gives you the levers and the strength and the light enough weight for the long sprint. Probably Watts did run at 212 later.

This may sound crazy, and a little creepy, but I had the ATC weigh him the Monday after he broke 2 minutes his junior year because I, like the OP, figured he had to be one of the biggest hs kids ever to run under 2 minutes.
205 on the button. Don't know and don't really care anymore if he was the biggest sub 2 guy. I'd say probably not.
not sure what he exactly weighed when he ran it but former Viking RB Robert Smith ran 48 for a 400m while he was at Ohio State. As a pro RB, he was well over 210 but it is possible he was less at the time he ran the 48.

What you talking about? Quincy Watts won the 400m in the 1992 Olympics; not 4th! And MJ did not run in that event in '92 (just the 200m for which he did not make the final).
Rob Damon of URI was 6'1" and 205 lbs.
I ran with this guy in college and I can assure you that 205 lbs was his lightest during track season.
He ran 400m in 48.
I know it's not 6'0" 210 lbs, but seriously an inch isn't that much difference and 5 lbs doesn't make you 5 seconds slower.
Since height and weight can both fluctuate throughout the day, I think it is safe to assume that if he woke up early, didn't shit for a couple days, and ate a large pizza for lunch, then he would be 6'0" 210 lbs and could still run faster than 53.

I am a pencil neck at 6' 165 pounds. So I put on a 50lb weight vest and ran a 53.78. It was on an indoor track though, I don't know if that still counts the same?
