Where did you hear that about the receipts? I read from multiple sources that the older brother did all the bomb making and that the younger one didn't even know about the attack until a week before.

I don't think they've been purposely lying. There was a lot of misinformation that day. Many false leads. The press and others were monitoring police scanners, which probably isn't a great way to see what is truly happening, and reporting that as "police stated...".

The day of the bombings, was like any disaster, tons of inaccurate information, hysteria, rumors being spread. Social media got involved early and spread even more unreliable conjecture as different groups tried to "scoop" eachother and the mainstream media.

If there was really some type of cover up, they would have declared white hat an enemy combatant and whisked him off the Guantanamo, never to be seen or heard from again. By allowing him his day in court, he has the right to tell his side of the story and gain sympathizers. The government must be extremely confident of its case to let that happen.

They have plenty to charge him with outside of the bombings. The car jacking was a federal offense and there is a witness. I don't know about shooting the cop, did they even charge him with that? There are witnesses to the bombers firing on cops and photos (you can make out white hat's hoodie if not his face). Even if he wasn't shooting he was clearly aiding his brother who was.

Not saying you're wrong, but I haven't read anything official ( sources quoted) to substantiate what you are alleging. Can you provide at least one link to corroborate each of your three allegations of lies so that we can take you seriously? Thanks!
