Link for any of these claims? I checked MSNBC, CNN, & Huffington post & saw no news of this. One article mentioned him having only 1 gun.

No problem with the actions of the PD. The guy had plenty of chances to surrender. He was last seen in a shootout where a bomb or bombs were discarded. He killed and maimed over a period of a few days including the assassination of a police officer. It's a wonder he survived. I feel worse for the boat owner.

Yeah, that earlier gunfight would explain the wounds.

Not true. Both brothers in separate vehicles got out and charged the MIT officer and assassinated him.
So the homeowner sees blood on the boat and magically finds some one in it, some one who they were looking for?
