I agree with all of that post. Hobbs, is much the best of these fields, altho he got away with one late yesterday, but worked hard to get a 7:30.x guy. Today was a very very confident run, punching down a 53.75 last 400.

Yep. She is competing clean in a filthy sport and any set back in training such as illness leaves you in the well.
I have said multiple times that she needs to join a team that specializes in pro preparation. Does anyone think Shelby, Cranny and Karissa had such a pro leap in performance based on talent? Lolll. BTC is gone but BTC Boston has emerged. Train with someone who can show her the real ropes. Again, time will tell.

Holt is not built for the indoor 1500...or indoor overall. His hulking form and terrible tactics seem to hurt him the least in an outdoor 800.

Love the Holt story. But this season has been a relative disaster and 3:48 is worse than HS ish these days, sorry. He gets paid too.
