Annual WADA reports; reporting on IAAF leaked blood data; a few studies on IAAF estimated blood doping prevalence; suspicion of women's performances from as far back as the '70s; state research on doping as far back as the '70s.
Well, on the other hand, the current AIU list of ineligible persons has Kenya on top, followed by India, with Russia being a distant third.
So following your lead, one has to conclude that "No nation took more drugs than Kenya" in recent years.
However hard you try, the rekbot isn’t going to barge about doping and it’s high performance benefits.
Alright, what evidence do you have that suggests he was clean? (other then never testing positive).
you might as well ask the doping rekbot what evidence he has that suggest Kenyans are clean athletes.
im base my findings on El Gs space-time intervals as a whole from 1990-2004. I consider the doping space-time intervals, physiologic and training space-time intervals, genetic space-time intervals and finally the number one most important of all space and time AKA THE ELECTROMAGNETIC space-time intervals!
In considering the electromagnetic space-time intervals, I ask myself what evidence was there that El G was protected from man-made electromagnetic fields throughout his formative years of training and when he was professional and I’m satisfied with the answers I see.
It’s all about space and time as you can see! Once again congrats to my man Trump for winning the electrons, sorry, elections! Too much physics on my mind.
I don't think rekrunner is suggesting that Kenyans are clean. There may be disagreement on the percentage of Kenyans doping (e.g., 30%, 50%, 70%, etc).
As to your post, I have no idea what you're talking about. It's s weird stuff I've never heard before when trying to evaluate whether or not an athlete is doping. 🙄

Don't be confused by parodies.
All of the "rekbot" posts are parodies.
I haven't decided if the "The King of Physics" is being genuine, or if he is just parodying "Khamis". But either way, you cannot make any sense out of this "weird stuff".
A reflexive mechanism is not necessarily a less valuable one so you see! Don’t you remember the myriad lectures of Engineer Khamis also the RF King?
It is not necessarily more valuable either. I do remember many of Khamis' posts. I'm not sure if he is an RF engineer, or why that matters. He is a strong believer of many things he cannot prove or factually support, and he consistently failed to bring any objectivity to our interactions.
If El G was squeeky clean, unless you are a krank like you know who and belive that PEDs do not work (which even the krank understands is an oxymoron), then you have to say that if he had taken advantage of the fact that there was no testing for EPO, then that alone would mean he would have ran sub 3:24. With other drugs, 3:22 would be realistic. Also bear in mind that he fully expected to run 3:24 in the season that he did run 3:26.0 (quite early in the season), as did his coach.
Regardless of whether El G was clean or not, he did run 3:26.0 in 1999, which is likely 3:22 - 3:24 today in supershoes, wavelights, mondo v.2 tracks, and all the micro-improvements to training and nutrition.
Now consider that the best Moroccan time this year was 3:32.49, and only one other Moroccan broke 3:36.
So El G was around 10 seconds faster than the best Moroccans today, and it's unlikely that the best Moroccans today aren't micro-dosing.

The question isn't whether PEDs "work", but whether EPO is a PED for elite 1500m men. A follow-up question is, if EPO is a PED, why were there so few men worldwide able to beat your pre-EPO era namesakes Coe and Ovett during the EPO era?
Some answer that Coe and Ovett only ran that fast from blood transfusions. Others say that not many elite male candidates took EPO (EPO prevelance was low for three decades?), and that those who did were low responders (EPO doesn't work?). But Nick Willis was clean.
Because the talent pool declined rapidly, especially in GB, due to competition from other newly paid sports that paid the 1,000th best more than the 5th best 800 or 1500 runner. Also due to the demotivating effect of North Africans and Kenyans suddenly able to run a second per lap quicker than Coe, Ovett, and Cram, without the help of better shoes, tracks, or training methods, something they bizarrely cannot do 20 years later.with all this help.

In addition to some arguing prevelance was low, and some arguing the effect was low, yet others say the talent pool and motivation dropped.

But you still haven't said why you believe El G was clean? (I hope your answer isn't because he never tested positive. Lol).
And before you answer, don't forget Boulami was on rocket fuel when he set the steeplechase WR back in 2002 (I believe that's still the fastest time?).
And recall Ramzi was on high-octane rocket fuel (CERA) when he destroyed the field & won Gold @ Beijing. He looked like a man possessed on the last 200 running away from a world-class field.

Why aren’t you sure he is an RF engineer? Is it because you need concrete proof and testimony as to his job vocation?
the mark of an intelligent beast is the ability to be ahead of the proof in space and time! Khamis is most like this intelligence. Me as well for obvious reasons! But because it’s an intelligence and it deals with highly microscopic and invisible human heart and mind dispositions and intentions, it can never be a weakness, an error or a stupidity.
If you are going to hold too tightly to your model of concrete proof in all things, you could never beat an AI bot or demonstrate more adroit skill than it. And that’s because an AI robot now and of the future will only work with subjective inputs and make dynamically evolving subjective decisions about space and time and still outdo a human being.
The test of the robustness of your concrete proof model would be the favourable adjudication of an AI robot. If an AI robot which is the closest to divine electromagnetic intelligence of the space-time universe falsifies you the doping rekbot over me or Khamis, you have to leave the forum and take your doping agenda out of here.

Too much to unpack here, but nothing would make me happier than for a divine AI robot to "falsify me". True knowledge comes, not when we try to confirm what we believe, but when we succeed to falsify what we previously believed, forcing us to adapt to a new reality each time, and strengthening our knowledge.
If such a divine AI robot succeeded, I would not leave, but would only want to stay more, and learn all that I could from the divine AI robot.
Let me know when you and Khamis have created one and trained it.

I dont have any relationship with Khamis. He is just another forum member except with elektromagnetic ingenuity. I respect physicists and take their Interpretation on anything over another professional.
i just wanted to remind you that the future concrete model of truth will be based on AI which will still form a subjective opinion on what the truth is. And that is just what Khamis has been doing all along. Khamis is far ahead of his time and a better bet for American presidency than even trump
your model of truth dont work no more. its no longer about falsifiability but about prospectivity!! Its the world of bots!! You simply won’t know how robots will act until it acts. That’s almost divine like space-time!
