    Too uneven if anything, with a very slow last 200m

    My point exactly 51/53/27.8 was not ideal for Arop.

    He changed it to 52.3 / 51.6 / 29.2 . His mistake (51.6) the second 400M.

    If he had maintained 52.3 he was on track for the WR. His 51.6 blew his 1000M WR chance.

    His last 29.8 does not matter as he did not push to the line having given up in the last 50M and needing to spare himself for the 800M WR attempt on Saturday.
