As you can see Fjeld Halvorsen have had a nice progression the last four years. But nothing more than that. At 1500 3:48-3:44-3:40-3:38. Last year 7:47 at 3000, this year so far 7:51. In the 1500 finale he will have quite a challenge. The other Norwegian Moe Berg, nine months younger: 3:47- 3:45 - 3:37 is capable of running sub 3:36 now and might be a challenger for both Myers and Fayisa in the finale.
Would be great to see. I expect Josphat Kipkirui Sang to factor as well. Will be a fun final
General Berhanu Ayansa wins men's 800 over Craig and Ochiai.
Impressed by General, seemed to get blocked off with about 150 to go but still had plenty to get around the Kenyans and take the win
The general commanded this field! Seriously, kinda funny the juniors are still running the 800m the old school way with massive positive splits and an overly fast first 200. They should be aiming for 25-mid/52-low and 1:45hi-1:46mid but everyone blasted the first 200 and paid the consequences for it.
If you've seen Gout being interviewed, you'll see how young he still is. He hasn't started growing into his body yet at all. I remember a 100m earlier in the year where he barely had a drive phase. It was like he didn't have core strength and just popped straight up
Answer the question.
Speak to him in a foreign language you don't understand. he doesn't 'look' 16...but he is.
Just come out with it. Black Africans 'look' and 'sound' older because of your sub concious, or even here blatant, racism and lack of understanding that people have differences.
You disengenously try to steer it towards 'interview', as if you had ever listened to a Kenyan interviewed in is own language.

Are you ok? I'm saying his age is not in doubt with me. Get a hold of yourself
Vance Nilsson wins 400H in 49.26 from Lane 2. Going to Florida. Could be in the mix for senior teams in a hurry. Frenchwoman won in 55-high, looks like USA silver medalist was DQ’ed for joining a hurdle.

Gout Gout looks older than most of the East Africans you refer to, yet he is only 16, and of course 'not in doubt' because he is Australian.
You talk of South Africans etc, you have no knowledge of what Africans or Southern Africans 'look like', you wouldn't even know where Botswana, Zimbabwe, Eswatini, Lesotho, Zambia is.
To you and your fellow racists, East Africans:
A) Do not have birth cerificates and do not know their age
B) Have one, but have forged it to be in a younger age group
C) Is legit, but on PEDS
D) Has birth certificate, forged it and on PEDS
E) All of the above
You wouldn't believe them unless they were branded on their forehead at birth with a date stamp, probably something you learn from your birther king Trump, you disgusting racist.
Kenya dominant 1-2 in the Steeple. Feels like the Serems are in position to rule this event in a few years. Obviously will have to unseat El Bakkali/Girma. But the cavalry is coming behind Kibiwot/Koech/Bett

Looked like Serem was going for the world standard there too, coming up just shy in the end. I don't think he's 16 but certainly the Serems have both been having good seasons. Serem and Kosgei representing perhaps the two highest calibre Kenyan groups - GSC and 2 Running
Also Kosgei has a good family steeplechase history - his father William Koskei Chemitei was 1988 World U20 steeple champ and ran U20 WXC a couple times

Yeah similar to Berhe I think we are a year or two off. Feels like Kenya needs to just have a DL (Doha or early-season China meets) where they throw out the Serems, Koech, Kibiwot, Bett, Kosgei and so on to secure DL points/standards. Worked well for the 5000 this year, though the young guys with the standard didn’t end out making the Paris teams.
