I work in the department let me clear some things up. There hasn't been a single mention of this in any of our groups. The only source I'm seeing for this is Riley Gaines and I'm not sure how she would've gotten information on our scholarship situation especially since there was no NLI signed. I don't even see a committed graphic or photo in any of our files which we certainly would have had if this was a player we were seriously interested in. I interacted with the coaches a couple days ago and nothing about that led me to believe that there was some sort of crisis. To me this story is at most a major exaggeration to get some headlines. You will hear nothing from UW.

You're absolutely right of course, but JAHJ has been told this before multiple times (particularly in relation to the fact that boys utterly dominate track and field world records for each age category in children). He simply claims that pubertal hormone suppression magically and very precisely equalises any advantage that might have existed; using the same flawed logic that Pistorius sympathisers used in his competition days (i.e. 'no we can't fully quantify the advantage given by the blades, but whatever it is it might be less than the disadvantages caused by needing them in the first place'). At this point, JAHJ is so deeply entrenched in his view that males taking part in female sport must *somehow* be fair in some circumstances, that he simply tunes out the cognitive dissonance that boys are already at a significant advantage *before* puberty.

What medical records? I have 3 kids who are/were Division 1 athletes. They played travel sports for many years. They have never had to submit medical documentation regarding sex. If we raised the boys as girls, they would be women competing in D1 athletics.

Every single citation is from the Blaze, Outkick, Riley Gaines, etc. Not one new story, EVER, written about how this dominant LA volelyball player is supposedly trans. Not even when she was the LA Daily News Athlete of the Week.

Sorry, are you actually claiming the medallists for the women's 800m in Rio were female? Despite the entire rulebook being rewritten because they were males with the same DSD? I thought we had moved past this particular delusion years ago.

DSD doesn't mean they're male. It literally means they have variations from what they're assigned at birth. It doesn't help the conversation when mouthbreathers say "everyone who isn't a purebred female is automatically a dude."
The intersex athletes occupy a weird space, and they're rightfully excluded from female compeititions, but they're not males.

In this case it does. We know the medalists in the women's 800m were XY because the the rule changes only applied to DSD conditions that occur in XY individuals. XX DSD conditions were not affected by the rule changes.
