I'm sorry, this attack involved collateral and getting a loan? Like a bank loan, with the signing of paperwork and a manager giving his approval and the taking of a mint from the candy bowl?
And once the loan was approved, all the weapons were bought and shipped and the attack plans formulated in less than a month? Is this what you actually believe? Or are you just spinning nonsense because you've gotten yourself stuck in an untenable position?
