American Hero
in modern day American some people use "hot sauce" as their personality.
don't be that. I enjoy Cholula
I keep Yucateco Green and Valentina (yellow label) on hand all the time for table use. Yucateco for tacos, quesadillas, and other Mexican fare.
The Valentina is nothing particularly special but just a good-if-basic Mexican sauce that's ridiculously cheap (like $3 per liter). It's good on tacos and stufftoo but I particularly like it on like chili. And eggs. And also potatoes (like hash browns).

For a sauce you can buy almost anywhere, Cholula is my go-to (except for the Chipotle flavor).
aka miso from bravado spice co.
If we are just talking flavor and not high heat, I don’t anything beats Truff.
Specifically for Italian, like grinders and pizza: Firelli
It has a balsamic vinegar base, so good!

Currently enjoying a Melinda's Ghost Pepper sauce
TABASCO HAS AGED PEPPERS IN OAK CASKS!!!!!
Try fresh roasted Hatch green chilies from New Mexico. Buy a case during roasting season, peel, chop and freeze in ip lock bags for the year. Put them in burgers, in salsas, on eggs, in ice cream, on everything.
You're welcome.

Wasabi!
Even the stuff made in the US, made of horseradish, that is not true wasabi, but is sold as wasabi here. What passes for wasabi in the US is still really good.
Crystal or Louisiana Brand
Tabasco is honestly top tier
I usually cook fresh peppers. Tabasco is a go to for simple recipes.
I picked up some Apicklelypse executioner garlic habanero reaper sauce in Santa Fe recently. My goodness, what a delicious sauce.

Dear God. I bought spicy firecracker chicken with cabbage and yes it is what it says. I should've known better when I saw fluorescent red oil pooling in it. It's even burnt my thumb. Send halp... :(
