I don't think you know what a Goddess is. They are associated with everything from farming to hunting or the earth or sky. In Valby's case, she is a Goddess of speed who happens to be attractive which is what you were insinuating but isn't necessary for being fast. Some fast runners are regular women like Tuohy.
No one accuses Tuohy of being a bad teammate. Shes always been great at supporting those on her team even back in HS. The accusation is, she's not that friendly to her competitors. At Nuttycombe Chmiel is clearly congratulating the NAU gal as she crosses the line as Tuohy turn her back and walks off. It's like that w the rest of the finishers. Chmiel congratulates/high fives/slaps hands with many from other teams. You can even see someone think Tuohy is going to slap their hand only to realize she's just walking by and they get nothing from her, pulling their hand back as she walks off. Shes a great teammate, she appears however to be not interested ever in saying good job to anyone who is not in an NCST uni. She has no obligation to, however, it shows a constant lack of respect IMO.
I guess the question is what would qualify as a "US Distance Star." I don't think running 14:40s-50s would. Right now we have 14:20-30s runners who are great (Monson, Cranny, Schweizer), but I wouldn't say they've become huge stars mostly because they've looked overmatched in global competition. Molly Seidel became a star because she got a medal at the Olympics. So, I think if we go beyond "could Parker Valby become a Monson/Cranny type" which most people would believe is highly possible, it's whether she could become even better than that. Unless she can up her training a lot, I'll be a bit skeptical. It's great that she runs so amazingly with cross training and not much actual running, but it seems rather unlikely you could compete with the Hassans, Gideys, Tsegays running 1/3 as much as them.

She is averaging 60-65 and wants to be in the 80 range. Is that low mileage? Kind of, but it isn’t clear Valby can even sustain 50mpw.
The article said she averaged 40-50mpw over the last two years, which evidently was fine for her 10,000m races, but they recently bumped mileage for her Half-marathon debut, and I think she wants to debut in the Marathon soon.
Correction: Coglan’s Half debut was in 2021.

Do you have a source on how much Hassan is actually running?
I know that intensity (quality) definitely plays into her program. I saw Salazar in an online interview, where he said wrt to her, “She’s great”, as he smiled, “she win run reps on the track, and she’ll throw-up, and then ask for more.”
The Tuohy crazies constantly point out that Tuohy is younger than any American that is faster than her and claim that she is therefore a star. Valby is young. If she runs 14:40 at her age, she is a star according to the definition provided by the Tuohy fans.
