He inherited a program that was 3rd in the NCAA. Every point of that team returned to the NCAA. Two years later and you’re lucky to be 30th? Ouch.

Bump. Somehow did even worse then I thought on the men's side along with a 17th place womens finish.

Duane Ross has been doing a great job haha. Look at how well he has developed on the women's side. Sears, and taylor became all-stars in knoxville. This was only his 2nd season of rebuilding a program. 2-4 more years and they will be back in that fight for first. I believe people are way to harsh on coaches on here. Going from A&T to competeing against Chris Johnson, Mouse, Carrol Smith, and others is a big change!
