USD has been D1 for over a decade and the track in the Dome has been the same the whole time. SDSU's track will still be better even if USD covers their whole thing in Mondo. They can't fit any bigger than a 200m track in there and with all of the other events (like football) they use the dome for they probably can't put in hydraulics in and make it banked either. They spent all their money on a nice new outdoor track too, so I would imagine the Dome isn't even going to get the bare minimum resurfacing for another 20 years much less a new track all together.

I disagree. Kansas should be Pitt State's 300m flat track. I know many who compete in the MIAA and they all prefer Pitt's track to Washburn's.
NJ - In my opinion, the best one in NJ is actually a few miles down the road from Princeton at the Lawrenceville School. Jadwin is obviously a bigger venue which allows for bigger meets but the track itself at Lawrenceville is better (200m, banked, Mondo). I've run at both and you can't beat a banked track.
For New Jersey, I'll have to throw in the Bennet Indoor Complex (The Bubble) At Tom's River. 200m flat track with no infield, and it was recently damaged in a snowstorm, but has since been repaired. I know that some might see it as a hot take, but it's an iconic venue for championship meets and it also hosts impressively fast times.
But to be honest, most NJ teams just go to Ocean Breeze or the Armory to chase fast times. There's no reason to reinvent the wheel when you have two of the best indoor tracks in the world right next door. But in NJ, the bubble reigns supreme.
Trying to make a list of the best indoor tracks in every state. Roughly what I've come up with but I don't know flat tracks outside New England very well:
Maine- University of Southern Maine
New Hampshire- Dartmouth
Vermont- Middlebury
Massachusetts- Boston University
Rhode Island- URI
Connecticut- Yale
New York- Armory
New Jersey- Princeton?
Pennsylvania- Penn State
Maryland- Navy
Virginia- VA Beach Sportscenter
South Carolina- Clemson
Michigan- UMichigan
Illinois- Gately
Alabama- Birmingham Crossplex
Arkansas- UArkansas
Kentucky- Louisville
Washington- The Podium
Texas- Texas A&M
New Mexico- Albuquerque Convention Center
Not sure if every state has an indoor track. Does the Portland OR track that hosted worlds in 2016 still exist?
I totally get the history and mystique of the Armory but are we absolutely sure that it is a better facility than Ocean Breeze?

Ah yes, the Bubble. We've done tons of meets there. Often when the weather was bad outside due to snow on the ground or whatever, they would open up the middle school and allow the kids to warmup in the hallways. It's also a better place to use the bathrooms than the portas.
There are no good indoor tracks in OK. That second level, square track at ORU shouldn’t even be mentioned. Can’t even run the 60 in there, 4 lanes, 90 degree turns. It’s a YMCA walking track. The OU track is the “best” but it’s horrible too. No seating, flat 200, everything in that facility is tight - plus OU has to be the worst “host” in history. They’ve had about 15 different staff changes since I’ve been in OK and every one of them is worst than the last. Best option is to move elsewhere.
For Wisconsin, I think the best is UW- Oshkosh’s indoor track (200 flat). It is a really nice surface. Feels bouncy. Ripon’s track is good too by virtue of being the newest. It is also a high quality track.
