I don't worry about the insinuations of many, whether they are haters of the unvaxxed, or anti-vaxxers.
That is not where I get my information.
You are actively participating in many of these threads, which are heavily populated with links to real data. You don't need to rely on insinuations.
There is a difference between saying "most deaths are from the unvaccinated" and "most unvaccinated will kill before they die".
If you think you are not the target for their hate, then simply don't take offense, or feel any need to get defensive.
I'm happy you and your son are in great shape. I suspect that many "letsrun" readers are also runners, and tend to be in better shape than average.
In Europe, after your infection from Sept. 2021, you would get a certificate of recovery with a valid QR-code from your national government, which is valid for 6 months, and you would be treated as if you were vaccinated with two doses, with respect to going to restaurants, cinemas, workplace, etc.
Maybe by March, we are past the Omicron peak, and the heightened restrictions will be lifted. Maybe Omicron will help us achieve herd immunity, as the unvaccinated finally get inoculated with Omicron.
