I'm a Republican from Wisconsin and a supporter of Paul Ryan, but he did lie about breaking three hours in a marathon.

I bet lot of runners could do a faster marathon at 40 than at 20. You're young and stupid and think you can wing it at 20. At 40 you believe in preparation and training. But even with the pros: Bekele ran 2:01 at 37, while the sub-20 WR is 2:04.

For a first timer to complete a marathon in under 4 hours is very suspicious. Also the lack of bib data fir her splits.

Sure there woukf be witnesses who would have instanly recognised her in the marathon if she was actually running.

I was there, she definitely ran the marathon

My first marathon was a 3:08 on a base of 35 mpw. One year later I ran a 2:59. No gels, compression sleeves, super shoes or massage guns. This isn't rocket science or winning a gold in the Olympic downhill. This is lacing up and having the guts to endure some discomfort for a few hours.
