Yep. In this sport if it seems like doping, it is. Distance running is among the dirtiest sports going. Yet people still try to pretend that obvious doping nonsense like Ma's army was clean. A runner destroys a WR in this sport and it is "nothing to see here." LOL. The sad thing is no one cares.

Javier Guerra was not at his best in this race and I think he’s in his late 30s as well. To be A list type of international runner, male, the following times are normally needed: 13:30, 28:00, and equivalents.
Realistically, I can see Gidey achieving the following times, 13:55, 28:50, 2:10:00-2:12:00. She has taken female running to a new stratospheric level and probably absolutely clean. People who refer to mechanical doping because of the shoes are behind the times. In every sport evolution means that equipment gets better which makes performances better. This is a fact.

After she ran the 43 something for 15k on a pretty tough course I am not surprised. Watching her run she looks about as efficient as they come.
Shoes...yea probably for her make a big difference but it is what it is.
Lets hope that it's all legit as it is an amazing performance.
Now to help my female athletes come to grips with this......

The one thing you guys cannot get your heads around is that there can only be one reason why a woman is now competitive with male runners. Absolutely doped. Because they too are doping.

And the denial never ends - with the Denier-in-Chief turning up to feed on the carcase. There is no level of performance that would rouse his suspicions - all are clean - even when they produce a doping violation (Shelby).
