Track and field is doing much better under AT. Distance marginally so, but hasn't gotten back to the level it was at while Rhonda was there.
The previous coach was a dick, and pretty incompetent in many ways. But to his credit he did much better with recruiting than Keith did during his last few years there.
Rumor is that Chad Balyo of Samford is coming in as the new coach.
Vanderbilt will never be good on the men's side until they start getting scholarships and/or they create a men's track team. But I doubt that will happen before the NCAA dissolves.
