Again usual haters not providing anything of substance, so you can pound sand.
At this rate, probably the same one or two posters.

Good luck to you and your wife Phil, and thanks to you and Jan for this very cool thread. I enjoyed following your journey over the last months. Jan, dont let the haters get you down ;-)
If anyone cares, my seeded registration got messed up and my number may change right before the race tomorrow. Not really sure how it’s going to work. Number 8680 may not work for tracking.

Where can we find the results?
I don't see why this wouldn't work

Added Zach Levet (Youtuber), he should be running roughly with him, both shooting for a 2:19
Can you recommend other starters to track?

JS, if things go south Sunday will you admit that you don't know everything, and that you are no Wizard, and will you end this thread?
Lol! ))) I will still be the magic wizard whatever the outcome.))) If not sub 2:19 or a personal record I and Phil will succeed next time. Will be thrilling to follow the outcome today, Go Phil!, Go!
First goal of today is already completed successfully . My long time coached companion Sammy Nyokaye , Kenya, performed in good spirits gold label Guangzhou marathon in China as a pacemaker 25.11 k at 1 :16:20 , 3.02 min/ km . His mission was to run 3:03/ km.

The weather forecast now at the start 7:00 am tells the conditions will be perfect except high humidity 97 % . The rain is supposed to come around 9:30 am and then Phil hopefully already has finished. Wind only 6 mph and temp 53 F/ 12 C.

Ron Hill ran to work and back, every mile counts. If you want to be a pansy and make every excuse in the book about why you can't double, that's ok. Just don't make the false statement you can't double, you don't want to double.
That's right. Everybody knows what they have to do. They just don't want to do it.
And 80 is the taper.
There is no magical mileage, only magical paces . Just to run enough!
99 % of professional runners and their coaches are idiots, only JS is smartest with his MEGA-HYPER-SUPER-MAGIC
SYSTEM with 180 % of success.
Stop talking bullsh.t here, thanks.
Race hasn't started yet according to the website, while it is 743 AM now...
they're in a different time zone. race won't start until 10:00am EST

Take it easy! No one talks about professional runners and their coaches to be idiots except you. ;) I have never told that high mileage training not working . How could I when there are thousands and
thousands more succeeded with high mileage training? But why run high mileage when you don`t have to do it to reach
your optimal performance? Running less time and still reach your running dream goals.
JS, I’m curious about the 300 runners you say you have coached to improvement. Didn’t you say that you’ve been coaching for since 2013? At the start of 2018, you said you had coached 100 runners. You’ve added 200 more runners in under two years?
How do you individualize the Dancan system for over 200 runners at a time?
In March, you said you were working with a girl who ran 11.4 in the 100m and 23.2 in the 200m and the plan was to go sub 50 this year. What did she run this year?
You said you coach Meshack Letim . He ran 13:26 when he was 16 and now you coach him when he’s in his early 20s. How much faster have you made him since his teenage years?
You mentioned getting Sammy Nyokaye under 2:10 in the marathon since he ran a 61 half marathon at altitude. What happened to that?
In 2016, you tweeted you had two Kenyans who would be ready for world record attempts. How did that go?
5 minutes to go!!!!

How narcissistic does one have to be to make it all about him when the race is literally about to start!! Save it for later and watch!
Great ! Phil`s time is running with a new start number 596 .
