From when the story originally broke in 2014:
"Two other Britons are listed but were fringe track-and-field performers, though one was tested before a major competition because of suspicions brought on by ill-advised comments pre-race."
Admittedly not the most incriminating of statements, but for those that follow British Athletics it would be pretty obvious who this would refer to. This person spoke several times to the press around the time of the test in 2008 and it was very widely reported.
Interesting list of 'red flags'. I'd say 5,6,7 and 13 are applicable to Paula. Despite all the alleged desire to 'clean up' the sport from the IAAF, still no transparency from Paula on her tests or anything else. When will they learn.......
Love the lack of logic of item 12 on that list:-

It's not a bad list in general to raise areas of suspicion - but equally neither does having a few of those red flags necessarily make you a doper, especially 13 - isn't that personal greed what elite sports mentality is all about? Do we really want to say that athletes who *could* double and choose the safe way out are the models we want to pursue?

1.Beating other doped up athletes when the dope is effective - for instance before the biological passport
2.Complaining about lack of testing while at the same time making yourself unavailable for said testing - 2 high profile British athletes spring to mind here
3.Making lots of noise about anti-doping and penalties and transparency but not doing anything about it. Example:Complaining about
lack of testing in East Africa and then proceeding to train there for 6 weeks and not answering the doorbell when home
14. Hiring a PR firm to troll forum discussions about the runner's doping. Make sure the PR firm posts so voluminously with lies and distractions that the average person gets tired of reading the thread.

Yes, that list is really nonsense in part.
But as for transparency, Paula is the one who demands/demanded a lot from others, but now delivers even less than Mo. That much is obvious - we can argue about the reasons for her lack of transparency if you want...
But she never demanded making anyone's blood data, and doping control forms, available to the public.

I've been saying all along, since day 1 of the Coe clux clan leadership, that he is a crook and a liar. The slow learners will gradually catch on, and the willfully ignorant will continue to deny. Paula is a master manipulator, and it's no surprise she suggested the lie detector test as she was being ultra defensive and trying to cover her tracks. Perhaps she thinks she can actually pass it, because pathological liars will feel no guilt in their lies. It does appear Paula has no shame for her actions, blatantly tearing down fellow dopers who actually get caught. She is impervious because that crook Coe has promised she will not be caught.
