A couple of years ago, I posted this:
Donald Trump is an authoritarian. And there are only four ways an authoritarian leaves office:
1. Dies in office
2. Thrown in prison
3. Flees to exile
4. Taken out back and shot
At the time, nobody agreed that any except #1 was a possibility.
What say you now?
He's going to lose the election, he's going to sue somebody and everybody and he's going to lose that lawsuit.
Then he walks out and forms an opposition government in exile on OANN. He starts revving up for running again in 2024 while fleecing the m@gas for everything they have.
1) Trump is going to lose the election.
2) At a minimum, he will put out feelers about rejecting the result of the election so that we do not know what will happen when he is supposed to leave the White House. There is a possibility that he will have to be forcefully removed. I do not think that will happen, but I will not be surprised if it does.
3) His influence is gone once he loses the election. There might be some energy behind any movement he wants to form initially, but that will quickly fade. A PRESIDENT sets the tone and gives legitimacy to the views he and his followers want. Someone who is not the President does not do that. Even Trumpers don't love him. They love what he represents, and that's gone once he is out of office.
4) If he has a controlling interest in OANN, it will fail.
5) He has no chance of winning again in 2024. The Republican Party will be on its way to rebuilding at that point, and they will not allow this to happen again. He is a failed experiment.
Regarding Fat Hurt's possibilities:
1. Dies in office - that is a real possibility as he is overweight, has a horrible diet and has heart disease.
2. Thrown in prison - He will go to prison, but that will not be what takes him out of office.
3. Flees to exile - This is possible but unlikely. He has a chance to stay out of prison just due to the fact the nation might want to just move on from him. If he does manage that, he can just stay at Mar-a-lago and play golf and eat his hamburgers.
4. Taken out back and shot - This is the most unlikely, and I really hope this does NOT happen. He has already left a permanent stain on the US. This would be an even worse one.
More than likely, he will lose the election and although he will try to put up a verbal/legal fight, he will leave the White House when it is time to do so. He will have some serious legal challenges when he is out of office, and as I have said many times, I do believe he will go to prison.
