Now might be the right time to reopen the economy, but we need to do so with a sensible plan in place. No states that are reopening have such a plan in place. No test, trace, isolate, no plan on what to do if the virus takes off again. Nothing. We are simply acting on gut feelings and the whimsy of the president.
