Last year in track was completely different than states this year. Last year he was dehydrated and actually fell over, he didn’t drop out like he has before.

That nobody Coffman kid ran 9:19 at state track, and was all-Ohio in XC finishing 28th. The random Lancaster kid is one of the Lanoys, who just finished in the top 20 at state XC.
I'm not hating on Ryan. He's so talented. But there's so many times he DNFs I don't see how someone can pick him to be 2nd at state XC next year. And in that race you posted, he clearly drops to the track as a result of getting passed. Just like he did at Eisenhart when he couldn't run with Tommy R, or at the state meet XC when Gabelman and Ricchuitti were way ahead of him. Other races too.

Since when did top 4 advance to regionals, and I assume from regionals to state in track? I thought it was top 3 when I raced in Ohio in the 90s.
you know what you are right. Smith has been a disappointment to our team. We should kick him off and Let Miller become the next top dawg.
They're both insanely talented. They could both be top 10 in OHio next fall. I'm just saying whatever causes Smith to drop out needs to get taken care of. I go to Coffman and I see them race a lot so yes I know how good they are. And when Liam and Will graduate theyll easily go 1-2 on us every meet.

Not on varsity. I don't think we'll be as good, definitely not as good as we were two years ago or even this year. We only lose two guys but it's Liam and Will, so by far our best. We do have a lot of depth tho... Caden, Jacob, Jeremy, etc. So our 1-5 gap will be small but we wont have guys in the front.
So you guys will probably kill us unless your 4-5 are way back with me. Lol

Really? Pretending to me? Lame. My PR is 18:04 from a summer 5k, and my coach is the best in Central OH.
I would like to make it known that Jack Schlabig is the hands down best coach in all of Ohio. He has completely changed the culture at Dublin Scioto. We run as a pack now instead of seperately and we push each other much harder in workouts. His change to our program will be evident next year, MARK MY WORDS! Also, he is a great guy.
