That's not your magic system. These people are kenyans and very talented, they were running from 4-5 years old tons of
miles and were showing great results several years ago without your "magic training".
PS: If somebody ran 28 min 10 k with hard training in 2013 and ran 29-30 min without any training and you HELP him to
run his OLD PB-s - that doesn't mean you have a great program, that means they were running these times and just got
they shape back and doesn't matter who helped them.
But you will repeat that 100 years in a row, console yourself with these great results, but they've done without you.
Good luck, Phil.
Sorry for baby rage :)
You didn`t understand.....as always ;) I have never said Victor wasn`t a good runner before my coaching 2016 and just 2½ month , and he ran faster than ever after 4 years at the marathon......and after my coaching and the win in Valencia at 2:07:39 he just became worse.....That`s what I call real sharpening up a runner in short time!
And when you give Elisha as an example he had done marathon 2:13:46 as PB in 2016 in May that year and he wrote to me and asked how to do to run 2:09 . I coached him from start of August to the race in Nice -Cannes at 13 November and he won easy and ran his up to then PB of 2:10:45 . If that`s not a real sharpening up in just 3 months then I don`t know what you have as references for a sharpening up???
- Don`t you see? It´s like magic! ))) -
Why did he quit your Magic system??? Hmmmmmm if you where so good??. Hmmmmm!?
