30:00 on the treadmill yesterday, during which I defeated technology by getting the thing up to 10MPH, at which point it made a funny humming noise, then slowed down, then flashed a "You are pushing the belt too hard" message on the screen.

A quick, cold mile outside the day before as I was taking a class at the local community college.
I, too, hit the 'mill yesterday for only about 30'. I woke up with the sniffles and am trying to keep this form blowing up into a full fledged cold. My plans are to take today off and see what Sunday brings. Thanks for the support!

*Longest run in 6 weeks this morning. Initially had a slight groin strain then ongoing pelvic muscle niggles. 99% right but still hesitant to try and pick the pace up yet. Have had 2 weeks of 'almost right' easy runs 4-5 times a week so hopefully back to normal in another week. F***ing annoying but hardly the end of the world. Looking forward to getting stuck back into it.

Feeling better, but still not quite 100%. Still I thought it would be good to get out, so I hit the pavement for a little over 30'. It was snowing, so the reduced visibility and subpar health got be back inside pronto. Felt good though. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
