Lisa didn't have the sprinting ability to be a world class hurdler, hence her switch to long distance, which she was more naturally suited. JS's runner if she can indeed run 11.3 is more naturally suited to 400 or 800, or even the 400 hurdles if she surpasses the WR holder's workouts.

Says he's done workouts like 20x 400 while not being distance yet

51 400 clean with a couple months training

A new , clean athlete and a coach that wants her to change into a completely different part of the sport.

When is this lecture? I don't think there is one.

Coach JS stated times just slow enough for the athlete not to be a household name: 100m, 11.3, 400m, 51, 800m, 2:05

Any performances even a bit faster, we all would know for sure it is a lie.

Coach JS is laughing that many of posters are responding in a serious manner as if it is true.

About 300 runners of different levels coached in 4½ year , 13 winners of international races and a lot of very good accomplishments. The magic show just moves on.......
