Can someone keep an eye on this guy (run across America)

Yeah, I have serious doubts that this Darren guy is actually riding all 50-65 miles each day on a slow mountain bike. That kind of distance is already a long ride for most people on proper road bikes but this guy claims he is doing it on slow ass mountain bike with bar ends set up so he rides like a granny. And from the Twitter video of him actually riding I can tell he is a very slow bike rider with no skills at all.

He will be riding the RV and jumping out to take a few photos!

He seems to have stopped calling this a run and started calling it a "journey." So I'm not sure he is being disingenuous. He is apparently at least semi-social media savvy, so at some point in the not too distant future he is going to google himself. He cannot help it. He is arrogant and has a huge ego. It's like a moth to a flame. When he does, he will probably find this site and adjust his approach/claims accordingly.

I've made a couple of tweets to ITGDiet and Higi asking them why Darren is cheating and replied to one of the recent WhatsMyWin tweets. Let's see if any of them reply. Though it doesn't seem Darren is very popular on social media. He's a social dud.

Something interesting, the cheaters deleted the tweet (above) with that May 1st picture showing them using bikes on that day (located at the Love's gas station). All they have now on their Twitter page for May 1st is fake pictures of them "running". They are totally cons.

Both these tweets they posted showing them cheating by riding 65 miles through the desert have been deleted!!! (And I bet he actually rode in the RV). They are in full damage control here, people! We need to do a thorough job outing these charlatans.

They posted this tweet today at 5:56 pm May 2, 2017 showing Darren and his trainer at a GNC Pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona:

The problem is that at yesterday 10:32 pm May 1st, 2017, they posted a map screenshot showing they were only a few miles east of the Love's gas station on Highway 10 and stopping there for the day:

The distance between these two points is a minimum of 89 miles (143 km), which is way more than Darren has ever claimed to have even done in the past days. And this we are supposed to believe he did in the searing sun on a slow, crappy mountain bike? That's a Lance Armstrong type effort with a trailer load of crap.

They should read the messages even if not reply.

His page is a joke. No-one replies to messages and not much interest on it.

I guess this whole scam is for future gain, like becoming a "motivational speaker" and flog a book.

His page isn't written by him though, and as the comments accusing him of cheating are still there, i doubt either the page admin or Darren himself has read it yet. And they dont open messages, just send auto responses sending his photo, saying they cannot answer questions!
