Thanks for the reply. I am happy with my current situation. I work 40 hours per week and have maxed out at a 90 mile week while doing that. This is my first job out of college. The real downside is that it is an accounting job, which means that come January, I will be required to work 50 hours per week. In Feb, Mar, and Apr, that number increases to 55, 60, & 65, respectively. And these are minimum numbers, I have heard plenty of horror stories about 70 and 80 hour weeks. So the point is, although I am happy right now, I will not be starting next month, for the entire spring. I'm still in the process of deciding what to do; the two options are 1) keep the job, and give up the serious running (and racing) for a few months, or 2) drop the job and get a different one, in order to keep up serious training and be able to race on the track this spring.
I still don't know how Jason survives financially though without a job.
