bolt could go sub 4 because he could jog at 3:50 pace. No question.

Bolt has proven he can run a mile in under 2:40, but he has to take a break after every 100.

I would guess under 5. But no faster than 4:40. He's fast, but he's heavy and probably has poor aerobic fitness. A 70 sec quarter would probably feel very easy for him, but after two laps or so his lack of aerobic fitness would start becoming more evident and he would run a very slow 3rd lap followed by a less than beastly finishing kick in the final lap. My prediction:

400m: 68

800m: 71

1200m: 75

1600m: 73

Mile Time: 4:49 - 4:50

You said he ran 1600m in 73 seconds right, a mile is 1609.34m so he could easily do a mile in a minute and thirty seconds.

Plain bogus. If a H.S sprinter with absolutely NO distance training goes out and runs a freakn 4:22 1600 "for fun," his coach would be moving him to distance faster than you could say "state champion." 😁. Here in my state a 4:22 would get you a top 3 in the 5A finals.

Sources sayhe does 800m in 2:10 but has never run more than a mile so I’m guessing his times are like this:

400: 50

800: 2:10

1609: 4:50

5000: 18:40

10000: 41-42
