I think I would add article IV section 8:
Know the level and caliber of race you are winning and celebrate accordingly.
Race levels as follows:
Level 0- HS dual meet, local tiny 5k road race etc.
Level 1- HS invitational, college invite, bigger but still local road race with little to no prize money, etc.
Level 2- HS conference championship, college conference championship, road race with good solid competition and should also have a prize purse.
Level 3- HS state championship, college national championship, road race for $1000+ or renowned road race (ex. BolderBoulder)
Level 4- National championship on the roads or the like
Level 5- World Championship, Olympics
Celebrations by level:
Level 0- No celebration or at most a very subdued fist pump or slight lift of the arms.
Level 1- Mild mannered fist pump or very mild lift of the arms.
Level 2- Solid fist pump, lift of the arms, possibly something signature if it isn't flagrant. (once saw a guy pretend to shoot a bow and arrow)
Level 3- Several fist pumps, big lift of the arms, something signature, vocalizations are acceptable at this level
Level 4- Celebrations from level 3 but they may begin with approx. 100m to go in the race if it is in hand or may last longer afterward if you so choose. (note: should not last more than 3 min. afterwords)
Level 5- You just won something on the world stage, you may celebrate as you wish, just don't do anything too stupid or embarrassing.
***Note: all celebrations in levels 0-3 should done no sooner than 5m before the finish and should never be done if the victory is still in question. LOSING A RACE DUE TO CELEBRATION SHALL BE CONSIDERED TREASON AND DEALT WITH AS SUCH.

"If you feel like you need to tell people you've run five seconds faster than your actual pr, then I suggest you go out and pr by five seconds. Own your accomplishments, nothing less, nothing more."
Lying about about your PRs is completely unacceptable. And chances are, you'll lie to someone who knows your real PR and they'll call you out.

Follow rounding rules when discussing PRs. Example: if you run a 16:50 5K, you are not a "16-minute 5K-er." You are still a 17-minute 5K-er. Once you break 16:30, then you can call yourself a 16-minute 5K-er.

No, youre a 16 and half mintue 5ker. You are a 16 mintues 5ker once you run under 16:01, 16:00.9 counts as 16.
At most you could maybe stretch it and say a low 16 5ker if you ran 16:20.
