There's no record of any Courtenay running 21 flat, which is what you claimed.
Evasion. Yet you know who the post is referring to, which is the runner. So are you continuing to dispute the fact that the former Olympic 800 champion ran 21-flat for the 200?
I was referring to the Melbourne Olympic 800 champion, which anyone with a modest knowledge of running would have realised. But not you. He ran 21-flat for the 200. You obviously didn't know that - or even who he was.

Are there any 800 or 1500 runners who could beat the women's 200m world record? I doubt it.
But there are certainly quite a few who can beat the women's 400m world record. And quite a few who can't, too. It would be interesting to make a chicked list.
There are absolutely men’s 800m athletes capable of 21-low in an all-out 200m. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Lutkenhaus could do that right now, and he’s not even the most obvious candidate.
Cooper ran a 22.9 flying 200 in practice in a vid posted recently by Flotrack.
Didn't Hoey run a flying 400 47.x as the first of 3x400? No doubt he'd run 21.x high in a flying 200 if he was fresh.
