Agree - it might not compare with a few others on this thread, and it would "appear" more efficient if he leaned forward a bit (he's pretty vertical), but he just floats like a deer.
I haven’t read through all the posts, so I don’t know if anyone mentioned David Krummenacker. Definitely one of my favorite American runners in my lifetime.

Running form does matter but I also think having/developing a form that is maxed out and can't be improved further isn't that rare either. So, there isn't a single person with best running form.

You guys are almost all agree that there isn't a single person with best running form. What do you disagree with? That running form does matter? Or that those people that don't need to improve form aren't THAT rare (meaning many people are on the short list that people would agree with like the above, not that there is person in every race)?
