Unfortunately that's the right assessment of Jim.
I remember the year at UMTB when Jim was in the lead but waited at the aidstation for the chasing pack.
Kilian is not the fastest of the ultratrail runners but he is probably the strongest in his mental capacity. He can be patient and just wait for his chance. He knows that he just has to do everything to do his best independent from others.
Jim is the opposite. If he is leading it's great, if he takes the wrong trail, he starts crying, pouting and walks it in. Everybody else would just say "Sh!t", turn around and move on.
