Ok in this 200, we'll see if they have the ability to quickly tell us with cool graphics who wins the $100k. I don't think that will exist based on what I saw yesterday.
CONFIRMED. This is laughable. They whole appeal of this is supposed to be the 2-event score and the race ends and we have no idea.
I was expecting all 8 places and times to pop up on the screen with a 4th column that would instantly show you their point total. But now.
Disastrous for me.
You should pop them up live. Show 1st pop up live, theen 2nd and their points, 3rd, etc.
They told us about 2 minutes after the race ended. Is this of all things really a deal breaker for you?
There are two "groups" - the short hurdle group and the short sprint group. Short hurdles does 110H and 100, short sprints do 100 and 200. Yes, they all do the 100 but they have nothing to do with each other. Completely separate events.
But that's the problem. To the "casual" track fan, it's too confusing and there's too much going on. The casual track fan isn't familiar with 95% of these athletes. Only familiar with big names (Olympic Champions) like Noah Lyles, Gabby Thomas, SML, Cole Hocker, etc.

I'm enjoying the event but they were definitely too slow with the combined results. There should be a graphic within seconds of the end of the second race. We do have computers...

Exactly. If you don’t even have the three biggest stars of the sport right now (Jakob, Lyles, Duplantis) then this league won’t be any better than the diamond league and it is worse.
no problem. will just need to keep our own spreadsheets during the meet. and don't forget your stopwatch to catch splits in the distance races. that's if they're even showing the track so you know when to catch them.

They didnt even put their points up from the previous event during the introductions.

Agree.
Some other feedback? Stop talking about the “hundred thousand” as if your viewer gives two sh-ts about what these athletes earn for this. Again, you’ve hyped up this league as the being all about the prestige of competition but it seems like the only way you are selling the value is through your inflated prize money. Just nope.
