Presumed! It's rigged to railroad an innocent coach--just hanging in the locker room minding his own business with some kids and his bag of GW1516 and meldonium. he's just doing some pest control and they are railroading him based on presumptions. They can't prove how the drugs got in his bag.
Maybe you are right.
I'll let you know my final opinion if you ask me after the report has been published.
Absurd enough for you to believe. I don't value your opinion, thanks anyway.
Many of the facts are "justified" by the dopers with fairytales that you choose to believe.
If that's good enough for you, then it is what it is. Just the same, I will wait for any details to come out before jumping to any conclusions.
What "it" is is dreamy stories from the dopers and enablers. "Details" are not details but more imaginary scenarios from million dollar legal teams. Enjoy your wait. I guess I'll wait for your Presumtion and Intent rants.

This is a thread about a coach possessing banned substances and providing false information -- if there is real evidence or details that support such allegations, I cannot imagine that it would be ambiguous or presumptuous. Intent might play a role for possession, but I don't think it can play a role for the false information.
I think what bothers many here to the point of being unable to cope, is my unwillingness to fall for conclusions based on bad science, and bad law, which are too weak to overcome the presumption of innocence.
