certainly. coming to the line with optimal electrolytes that is going to be super useful in distances, and not sure on the science, but quite possibly an interaction with lactic acid may benefit 400 and 800.
not an expert on this, though a lab man, i see that literature and market offers a vast array of buffering solutions.

also, there are hundreds of nutraceuticals waiting to be applied "correctly" as PEDs,
certainly Creatine makes a significant difference, and Vitamin D, it is a steroid, with weak anaboic properties,
and so on,. to natural testosterone boosters that actually work.
people need to understand the reality here.
