The disdain mostly comes when D2 partisans want to come on here and hype overaged foreign D2 runners getting a win against D1 USA runners. Or claim the experience is somehow better while blithely ignoring that it's inferior competition and education, on the whole. I'm not saying don't have a good time and enjoy it, but don't even try extracting some greater truth to broadcast from that. It's not like D1 partisans come around here to talk about how we look down on D2 unprovoked. Honestly, we don't even think about you unless you bring it up.

As far as I can tell Southeast Mississippi State doesn't exist so I'd have to think maybe the surgeon claiming to have gone there is a fake. If SEMSU was an actual accredited school I'd be as likely to have him do my operation as I would the one from Northwestern. I'd want to meet each of them. If it turned out the one from Northwestern seemed like a pretentious douche about where he did and didn't go to school as some people are here I might go with the SEMSU one.
