Basically all that has happened since is that Travis Tygart knows no shame and is continuing to attack WADA and calling for support to over throw the organization even though it's Tygart himself hiding positive PED tests. Tygart would very well fit in as the head of RUSDA.

People get a hard-on for Tygart because he caught Armstrong, but that was obviously some personal vendetta given that Tygart is happy enough to cover up doping for others.
