The photo (post #75) of Girma’s lifeless body on the track is revealing not only of his condition but if you look up at the viewers their reactions are full spectrum. I am ashamed to say I would have probably been one of those looking to see the race.

I haven't heard anyone come straight out and say that he doesn't have AIDS, which seems concerning.

This medical assessment didn't seem right at the time, and definitely doesn't now.
