You obviously don't know the definition of hearsay. The majority of evidence is testimonial evidence from witnesses, involved parties, and witnesses. That does not make such evidence hearsay.

He used to wear a contraption that looked like a scuba outfit to run in to simulate altitude. Within ten days he ran two epic battles a 10,000 against Rono and then a marathon against Beardsley. He trained so hard it disrupted his endocrine system. How, with his background, would expect him to be as a coach??

It's interesting that he didn't have anything really proven against him but allegations which lacked any clarity, yet coaches/agents out there who are complicit with doping and taking large sums of money from athletes continue to prey on African athletes unabated. Jama Aden continues to coach yet caught with EPO and the corresponding paraphernalia. Then you wonder why there's a doping problem approaching tour de Framce peak levels.
Fun fact: Jama Aden was only caught with non-doping substances. He was cleared of criminal charges in Spain, apparently for lack of a case against him, and so far was never charged with any anti-doping rule violation, also apparently due to a lack of any evidence. There is still time within the statute of limitations, I suppose.
But despite never being suspended, and always being eligible to coach, he has surely paid a dear price in the court of public opinion, which does not always require facts and evidence, and had to go underground and change his name.

"Procedural due process" (i.e, due process as defined by SafeSport) apparently isn't the same as legal due process.

So his ban was decided by a single arbitrator, based on an accusation by a single accuser.
Do you see the difference between that and a jury trial, where evidence is presented, multiple witnesses can be questioned, and 12 people decide guilt or innocence?
Fine. An accusation is not hearsay then. But it's still just an accusation. And as we all know, people -- even women -- can and do falsely accuse others.
