Really depends on what type of "injury prone" she is. If her bones break easily, maybe? If it's soft tissue, I don't think the SC would be that bad (could even strengthen stuff).

But the OP made a point that the event’s forced plyometrics could help in strengthening the body. However, the risk of an adversity is compounded in the heat of competition, when the body is lactic.
I love how much she loves Taylor Swift. The videos on her gram are all the better with the songs she chose for them. That really sucks to fly all that way and have this happen destroying your Olympic hopes built up for 4 years. Good on her for looking to the next year.
