Kenya is E German doping without the state sponsorship part.
is an important element in Kenyan doping, the state is definitely against it because it brings them shame and a stain on their actual legit records.
But the down side to this is that it will be much more sporadic in Kenya because runners are taking it on themselves to dope and the people providing it aren't sophisticated enough to understand micro-dosing, the latest testing etc which is why they are getting busted for some seriously outdated drugs, EPO, nandro etc.
But this is also a huge reason why US Euro athletes are not getting busted. They have the latest in medical/doping expertise helping them get away with it. I think a lot of Euro/US athletes are doping and not getting busted.
Also why can't taking bicarb be considered doping? Its a chemical that gives an advantage. Athletes are openly admitting to taking it. Yes I get that its not on the banned list, but shouldn't it be?
