^ This! The absolute reality. Anyone running on the pro level and plenty of NCAA runners are NOT clean. This is a known fact in the inner circle. The substances and amounts taken are all over the place but be reassured that NO ONE is clean. Including Nuguse, all his teammates with Ritz the AlSal Student at the helm and most other teams around the world. Let's stop pretending. Anyone that's an insider on the pro level knows this..wake up
Do you know of a gateway drug & likely rationalization process?
Yeah guys who smile a lot would def never dope, just ignore the fact that he's right behind Jakob.who has probably run 5x the miles Nuguse has in his life. But he smiles a lot! He would never dope!!1! There's gonna be a lot of cope going around when he gets busted
He is also African. They have better genes. We just have to accept it. He had the best of both worlds. His body type is perfectly made for running. He is build like a Prius with extra battery pack while the other guys on ON team are more like souped up Corolla. His form is just so much more smooth and efficient. Little things matter at that level.
He's probably on grey area supplements like every other pro. His progression does seem more realistic though as he soloed a 3:34.68 (converts to 3:51 high) in a heat. His progression seems the most like Grant Fisher's to me: he ran well in college despite actually having an academic workload (unlike certain Oregon runners) and made a significant improvement when living like a pro: harder training, more sleep, and altitude, likely combined with certain grey area supplements allowed him to improve significantly.
I don't think he'd be full-throttle doping like the 1990s runner as that'd screw him over for dental school later if he tested positive.
Didn't you once get an email about Ritz's career resurgence? I know you posted about it before.
Basically, it was along the lines of "Ritz hasn't been running well, now he's 30 and has a family to feed. Are you telling me you wouldn't let Alberto massage you with some Androgel and not ask questions"?
This "inner circle?" What are the qualifications to join? Medical degree required? Publications? Loyalty oath? Degree of awakedness required? How stupid is it to just wait for due process and scientific evidence to be presented and verified before judging?

The fact Yared had interest in dental school is one of the main things that makes me believe he is totally clean. I seriously find it hard to believe any student of medicine in any profession would be doping. It's just a really big reach, especially if your whole career is based on integrity with your future patients and clients.

Insider here and you’re talking absolute nonsense. I work at the top level of our sport and know so many athletes competing and winning who are doing it the right way. Athletics is night and day compared to where it used to be decades ago.

So they would tell you if they were doping? Athletics certainly is "night and day compared to where it used to be decades ago". Doping was only beginning then.

Hi hoad!
Nujuse's style often gets derided here.
The East African immigrant population of the USA is well over 1/2 a million. That population is much younger than the native population. Young East Africans will get pigeonholed as distance runners. Mo Farah wanted to be a soccer player, but his teacher told him to try cross country. Marco Arop wanted to be a basketball player but his teacher encouraged him to try track. Nujuse doesn't have the ideal body type for running, he has the least ideal body type for any other sport. Josh Kerr could excel at just about any sport. He could have been a 220 lb pro rugby player like his brother if he hadn't chosen track. Jakob is probably the same. Nujuse could only be a distance runner. So when track and especially distance running is way down the list of popular sports in the West, it's unsurprising that East African immigrant populations throw up a higher proportion of great runners.
Then throw in the doping factor, and clearly African immigrants carry their own corrupt cultures with them to the West, and are significantly more likely to dope - as seen by the number of cases over the last few years.

And then Jakob and Kerr beat all those supposed dopers... According to your past posts, that means they are doping too.

One thing you never had and never will have, is inside knowledge of the sport. You are nothing but an armchair quarterback.

WOW, they didn't go pro in the 2 most competitive sports in the world 😮.
Distance runners regardless of origin country are distance runners for a reason.
Converting his 1500 times from last year its again about a 10 second pr.
Of the 4 men to run 3:43, 2 are flojo level dirty (el g and ngeny) who ran in peak epo era. Like to even think those two were clean is pure delusion.
But yet, nuguse just throws down a monster pr devoid of any normal progression and hits a time similar to the great chemical experiment el g? Sure.
Oh but he's never been popped op! Surely he's clean! That ridiculous women's marathon WR proves once again there's a drug out there that is not testable. To think otherwise is madness.

It's easier to become a football player than a runner who earns a living from the sport. Far more opportunities in football.

"Inside knowledge" presumes that one is informed as to who is doping and who isn't, because the athletes would tell him - and wouldn't lie about that. That is the only "inside knowledge" that would enable anyone to claim they know that an athlete isn't doping. But no one has that knowledge - least of all those who claim "inside knowledge". If it were not so we would know who is doping and who isn't. We don't. So we have our suspicions instead, which are based on the fact that many more athletes dope than are caught.
