No one gives a sh*t about his indoor marks. Except his groupies, like you. Clarke leaves him for dead, for records broken.
Everyone who loves the sport gives a sh*t about facts. You choose not to.
Armstronglivs doesn't love the sport though. In fact he hates it. Imagine that - spending hours every day spewing bile on a forum dedicated to a sport that you don't even like!
That's wrong, dumbo. Wrong like almost any "fact" which is presented from you.
But you can't correct it.
Little green men from Mars keep visiting my home at 3:00am. They hover in flying saucers playing Bon Jovi on loudspeakers, to disrupt my sleep. You can't correct it (prove it wrong) so it is absolutely true!
He’s at altitude now and has time to actually recover and fuel properly. In a recent podcast he talked about how he was big into studying in college and it sounded like he didn’t really have time to recover. He’s also on a different training plan now. Sounds similar to Grant Fisher in that respect.
Yared isn’t at the top of my list for suspected American dopers. And I’m not someone who believes everyone is clean. I do not believe for a second that Bernard Lagat was clean, or Abdi. And my hunch is that Shelby was taking something gray zone that she can’t admit to.
He ran 4:06 sr year (outdoor 2017), down to 3:54 sr (indoor 22). this is a 12 second improvement. but from indoor 22 to late outdoor 23, he has improved ELEVEN SECONDS!!!!!!!
discus
I improved from 4:31 to 4:14 in college, then ran 4:03 after college. Am I doping?
nuguse was doing 441 as a frosh in HS. he was down to 406 by senior year. and has just kept progressing.
late bloomers like the masters guy on the other thread. maybe your body shape changes later than most. gawky kid finds his athleticism. or you weren't serious about training then went harder.
the general vibe on here is work ethic in which case you're probably running near what is possible to extract. probably overdoing it. i think they struggle with people who find their footing late or aren't pushing 100%.
