Runs should require runners to carry a couple of thin preopened food bags and tissues, while running. Incase they need to poop.
I at forty years old, always bags and tissues, even when not running, incase of mine or other's emergency poop needs. The bags needs to be preopened. Trust me on This. I Learnt that from the experience of trying to get a bag to open, while needing an urgent poop lol
