She isn't faster than professionals. Thsie aren't professionals. They work 20 hours per week at the local running store. Schweizer is a pro. Monson is a pro.
Perfect, she'll lose to those 2 pros, finish 3rd and make her first us team.
I challenge you to point out one negative thing that I have posted. Negative things would be saying that somebody is mean or ugly or something of that sort. Saying that a female can run 14:40 someday is a prediction is is neither positive nor negative. I guess saying that Tuohy is the top female distance runner in the NCAA is a negative thing to say about every other woman. How dare I say Tuohy is better than somebody who ran 16 minutes this year.
Under the heading of : "If it's not BROKEN, don't fix it!" Why would she turn PRO in th emiddle of the outdoor season when she is like to win at least one NCAA D1 title and raise her stock even more. Addtionally, her coaches have been doing a great job with her not only in terms of her improved fitness/performances, but also in keepinf her healthy and motivated. If she were to turn PRO, why not do it after the D1 meet...
Correct. But the data indicates that she won't run 14:30 because she hasn't improved as much as the other pros.
So it looks like you cried to the mods to have my post removed. Let me tone it down a bit to make it more palatable to your overly sensitive feelings, then.
Show us the "data" that you're referring to. Do it or you're lying.
You talk about Tuohy's size. Rich that you bag on her for getting "too big" yet I defend her and it is my post that is removed! 😁 She really is not a lot bigger than when she was in high school. She is more toned, though. She looks healthy. If we are talking about size, Alicia Monson is larger. Other pros are as well. Tuohy just looks like a healthy and in shape distance runner.
