The "slippery slope" argument is a well-established logical fallacy. There is nothing inherent in a view on a particular subject - in this case, trans identity - that must have consequences for an unrelated subject - which you have indicated as pedophilia. Accepting that a person be able to define their own gender identity has nothing to do with the issue of sexual activity between adults and children. One does not lead to the other.
