Ever since he started charging money to use Butter emojis and ringing a bell mid sentence when anyone doled out cash in a livestream like we're all Pavlovian dogs I've become increasingly cynical of his view towards his audience.
He unleashed that whole DGR club thingy right after the 1st Pikes Peak win. Like I said, I've become cynical. I miss the days in his hot shed, we were all so innocent back then...lol.

That proves my point. That is ~20 sec/mi difference on the same course. Poster above was trying to use GAP and claim 50 sec/mi difference. Never said SJD was in Kilians league, just objecting to the method of comparison. It doesn’t account for how high pikes peak gets.

Seth thought he'd get people to help him design a logo, he'd make sure it was DGR approved so he could generate some good merch sales with the fanbase, and also be able to use it to solidify his brand even more and use it for different ideas in the future. He forgot the part where graphic designers like to be paid for their work and ideas. Seth hadn't planned on compensating anyone, which obviously caused issues when it came up and an agreement could not be reached. So now the whole thing is on the backburner, and honestly he might just move on without ever mentioning it again. If he ever does come up with a logo, it won't be the ones you saw during the contest.

Kilians Pikes Peak win/time probably works counter to your argument then as he flew in, won in a faster time and bounced to the next thing whereas Seth spent a whole block at altitude and working out specifically for the race.
Also, we’re talking about Kilian 3 years ago. Based on that Zegama effort and how they crushed the climbs, I’d say he looks to have found another gear, or dare I say, a new NNormal.

He's using the QoD to get advise from people without (he believes) making it obvious he needs advise. Every time he has an issue, the QoD is for people to explain how they overcame that exact topic etc. He's just crowdsourcing his training, further proving the fact he has no idea what he's doing.
