He was good in the earlier days with the Tergat Goat posts and ending every post with mentality > physicality. The more recent stuff since he became a coach is less fun.
OldSub4 only appeared in a few threads that I know of, but it's still my personal favorite on this site (Sub-1:50 thread)
HRE was another that pops up from time to time that always contributed to a good discussion
The John Kellogg threads (A link for the archived threads) were always useful. Renato has some in there as well and while I don't have much training that aligns with him, I appreciate learning about how he develops athletes.
If we were doing threads, then that thread would be in my top 3 (Eddy Lee and Teg 10k would be in there, too). Many good, constructive and generous posters in that thread.
Just for the record, I never wrote that. Someone impersonating me. My handle is ghost1. A quick IP check through Rojo (if needed) would confirm this.
Back to the topic, I really enjoy reading Canova's posts. Very informative and illuminating. We can always learn a lot from R.Canova, and his ability to maintain his composure in the face of criticism is impressive.
Flagpole, Sdaztec, Precious Roy (mostly disagree but read their opinions, sometimes good points)
Sprintgeezer, runningart(interesting at times)
Tinman(he gets a lot of undeserved heat, but he is very generous with his time and knowledge. I get he is a little different)
Bad Wigins(quirky sense of humor. At least I think he is kidding)
Fisky(seems like a decent guy, brings up good points)
Matt London(He is the face of the modern internet. The one video where he runs the 400 and has some old lady filming him is priceless. I did learn how to self hand time a 10 yd dash from him , though)
