Yep. Controlled and nice! Cant wait for the outdoor races.
A controlled 3:30 is crazy. He's on a different level to everyone except Tim, maybe including Tim now. He looked barely out of breath at the end of that, not a bad rust buster.
Agreed, I was worried that he would end up acting as the third pacer, but he just gradually increased the speed. Fresh enough to do a victory lap or two after. I just cant wait se him and Tim battle it out the coming season. I would be deeply worried for the prospect of winning anything if I was a 1500m runner not named Tim or Jakob. I think Tim will be a challenge if he is healthy, but I hope Jakob is going to step up to another level this year.
Nilsen can't quite get the AR 6.03m, but still wins impressively at 5.91. He and Lightfoot are so great, but man, Mondo's tough to beat. He wasn't here today, though.
Andreas Almgren, SWEDEN , runs a fine 3000m race and beats Katir and place 5th with a new Swedish record 7:34 . Great race by the Swede.
Congratulations and does the Swede have any connection to you and your coaching and your DNCAN system? he absolutely destroyed his personal bests in this race.
