Lehigh isn't the fastest commonly run course in the country, and to think that is pure stupidity. There are courses on the west coast that routinely have guys running 22 flat. I will give you the names of the courses if you wish.

And, who cares who his former team is. At least he posts so people know. I wish more people were open like that.

Sure cite me some full 8k courses with guys running 22 flat on them.

How is it "pretty obvious" that it's "exactly" an 8k? If it were so obvious, would this debate be taking place? Did you measure the course yourself? Is that how you arrive at the course being "exactly" 8k? Or is it that every course with a winning time around 25 minutes is "exactly" an 8k?

Sir Henry is correct about Lehigh not being the fastest commonly run course in the country. Franklin Park is a faster course and is raced on more often.

I think the point "DURRR" is trying to make is that it was a regional course and regional courses must be 8 kilometers, or are expected to be. Oh and yes it's 8 kilometers by way of my coach's wheel.
